The Role Reporting to a newly appointed Head of Development, you will take end‑to‑end responsibility for a portfolio of projects, from acquisition and feasibility through planning, delivery, and handover. You will work closely with internal development, construction, finance, and marketing teams, while managing a broad consultant base to drive outcomes across program, cost, design, and commercial performance. Key Responsibilities Manage the full development lifecycle from feasibility through to completion Prepare and review feasibility studies, budgets, and development appraisals Lead design teams through DA, CC, and construction documentation stages Manage planning approvals and consultant coordination Monitor cost plans, programmes, risk, and reporting throughout delivery Liaise with construction teams to ensure alignment between development intent and site delivery Support funding, sales, and stakeholder requirements as required About You Proven experience as a Development Manager (or strong mid‑level DM ready to step up) Background in residential and/or mixed‑use developments Strong capability across feasibility, consultant management, and delivery Commercial acumen and a pragmatic, delivery‑focused mindset Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders Why This Opportunity ?
