Your new role
Due to continued growth, my client is seeking two key hires:
Civil Design Engineer
You'll be responsible for the technical design and documentation of civil infrastructure projects, including roads, stormwater, earthworks, and subdivisions. You'll work closely with project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and contribute to design innovation.
Civil Project Manager
You'll lead the delivery of civil projects from concept to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships. This role involves overseeing design inputs, coordinating with clients and authorities, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
My client is open to candidates at any level above intermediate.
What you'll need to succeed
* A degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
* Proven experience in civil design and/or project management.
* Proficiency in design software such as 12D, AutoCAD, or Civil 3D.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* CPEng or working towards chartered status is highly regarded.
* A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for quality outcomes.
