Job Overview
This role provides advisory support to the Senior Operations Manager on all aspects of HR regulatory requirements in Australia.
As a generalist position, you will oversee various HR functions, including talent acquisition, colleague relations, benefits, payroll, policy administration, compliance matters and conflict resolution within the GCC.
The role involves maintaining HR analytics and data management, as well as functional processes, office policies, and employee engagement.
You will be part of the leadership team, helping establish and grow the Care culture of Hyatt, interacting with colleagues at all levels and maintaining good working relationships.
Collaboration with Corporate HR, Regional HR, Hotel Teams, and vendors is essential to deliver HR services and support GCC colleagues.
Key Qualifications
* 3+ years Human Resources experience
* Strong knowledge of local labor laws and practices
