Senior Property Manager Position
The Senior Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management of a portfolio located mostly in the Ipswich/Logan corridor, with approximately 150 properties.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage communication with various stakeholders including investment owners, tenants and suppliers.
* Conduct Entry and Exit Condition Reports.
* Conduct Routine Inspections and follow up reporting.
* Coordinate maintenance and arrears management.
* Negotiate and execute lease renewals.
* Resolve QCAT and RTA Conciliations where required.
* Finalise bonds.
About You:
We are seeking an experienced property manager who possesses excellent client service skills, strong time management abilities and a minimum of 3 years relevant experience. A current QLD Certificate of Registration and valid driver's licence are also requirements.
