Your new role
In this pivotal role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers - whether they're calling, emailing, or visiting in person. You'll provide product advice, process sales, follow up on quotes, and coordinate with the workshop team to ensure seamless service delivery. You'll also support the sales team with administrative tasks and help maintain a tidy, professional front-of-house space. What you'll need to succeed
As the Customer Service & Sales Support professional, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and a key contributor to the smooth running of daily operations. This is a varied and engaging role where your communication skills, initiative, and attention to detail will be highly valued. Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling customer enquiries across phone, email, and in-store with professionalism and warmth
* Providing tailored product advice and quoting accessories suited to individual vehicle needs
* Processing orders, scheduling bookings, and coordinating with the workshop team to ensure timely service
* Following up on quotes and enquiries to maintain strong customer relationships
* Supporting the sales team with essential administrative tasks that keep operations flowing
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming front-of-house environment that reflects the company's values
