About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Bobcat/Plant Operator to join our Operations Team on a permanent basis. You will report to the Works Supervisor and be responsible for the operation of Bobcats and other plant, and support the Asphalt Crew in daily jobs on site. You must be willing to learn the relevant machines and techniques involved in road construction with on‑the‑job training provided.
Mainly local work but must also be willing to travel and stay away on occasion. Applicants must be safety conscious, aware of protecting the workplace, and take pride in doing a quality job.
Full‑time wage – $35‑40 per hour + super (depending on experience and licences).

Qualifications & Skills
Experience in Bobcat operations, including bucket, broom, and profiling attachments – wheeled and tracked Bobcats.
HR Truck Licence (preferably Road Ranger expiry).
Sound communication skills.
Willingness to learn.
Physically fit – participate in manual labour.
Self‑motivated and positive.
Reliable and punctual.
Ability to follow instructions, work independently and as part of a team.
HC Truck Licence would be ideal.
Experience with pulveriser/road stabilising machines.
Mechanical aptitude.
Civil construction knowledge.
