**About the team**:
Supply Chain makes life easier, safer and more sustainable across our network. Our team works with thousands of trusted businesses every day to bring together our suppliers, distribution centres and stores. By keeping those relationships strong and processes running smoothly, we're able to maintain the availability and quality of our products for our customers.
**About the role**:
Use your background in technical support or contact centre to support our suppliers through all EDI transactions. Support our Coles DC's and Stores in minimising supply chain disruptions and maximising inventory levels.
You will also:
- Be a first point of contact for e-Commerce EDI transactions and problem solve both technical and operational issues that arise.
- Manage setups and system requirements for all suppliers trading electronically with Coles.
- Act as a central point of contact when resolving issues between Suppliers, Accounts, IT and Merchandise Teams.
- Support in the accreditation of suppliers for DSD, Crossdock and or EIDC deliveries
- Provide out of hours support (1 week every month)
**About you and your skills**:
You will have:
- Previous experience in eCommerce EDI, Merchandise or Supply Chain.
- Ability to communicate eCommerce EDI knowledge.
- Ability to be on call to work out of hours on a rotating roster.
