About the role:
Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to drive technical excellence and governance across their DSO program.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide technical consultations for Architects, BAs, BCLs, and Service+ program teams
Conduct Out-of-the-Box vs Customisation Impact Assessments
Deliver peer reviews and feedback on Architecture Solution Context and Epic acceptance criteria
Lead DSO pre-PI planning for business epics, including impact assessment and bottom-up estimation
Support DSO managers in planning tech debt and innovation epics
Drive design governance, review, and acceptance during implementation
Guide DSO pod teams with technical direction to resolve build/test issues
Required skills and experience
5+ years (7+ preferred) of hands-on ServiceNow development and upgrade experience
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow best practices & methodologies (NowCreate, BusinessSmart customisation, Healthcheck metrics, ATF, Performance Troubleshooting)
Skilled in stakeholder management across business, architects, and engineering teams
A positive work attitude and true one-team mindset
