OverviewWe\'re currently searching for a skilled and highly motivated Kindergarten Enrolment Officer to join our organisation in a part time capacity.Position detailsPart TimeJob Number: R2254Applications Close: 4pm, Thursday 9 October 2025About the OpportunityThe position will be responsible for coordinating the Central Enrolment process for families seeking to enrol their children in participating kindergartens within the Mildura Rural City Council.
The successful applicant will be required to work 126 hours within a four-week work cycle.What you will bringTertiary qualification in Business Administration, Education and Care (or related field) or extensive relevant experience in Children\'s Services Administration.Extensive experience in administration, computer operation and database management.A sound understanding of relevant legislation and guidelines such as Privacy and Health Records Act, Education and Care Act and Kindergarten Guide.Current Victorian Drivers LicenceHold a current satisfactory Police Check or willing to obtain one prior to employment.Hold a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain one prior to employment.Salary and conditionsThe position is classified within Band 5 of Council's Current Enterprise Agreement ranging from $39.34 per hour plus statutory superannuation.Candidates viewing via Seek are strongly encouraged to visit Councils Career\'s page by following this link to view a copy of the Position Description and application form that is a requirement to apply for this role.
