* The role of Payroll Officer is to provide support in processing the weekly payroll service across the organization.

* Ensure effective maintenance and processing of payroll for employees.

* Produce weekly invoices to our Host Employers in accordance with weekly timesheets.

* Assist with end of month payroll and superannuation processing and reconciliation.

* Preparation of PAYG payments.

* Well-developed administration and organisation skills with high attention to detail.

* Familiarity with payroll processes. Experience with payroll related systems will be highly regarded.

* Effective time management with the ability to self-prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.

* Ability to use initiative and judgement in resolving problems using discretion and confidentiality.

* Excellent computer literacy with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
