Procare's Factual Investigation Division is seeking a full-time Factual Investigator experienced in WC, CTP and/or GI investigations to join our expanding team in Perth metro. The role offers a unique opportunity for variety and autonomy over your working day. This is a permanent, full-time position based from Perth metro.
Responsibilities
* Attend various locations, predominantly within Perth.
* Interview key parties, take statements, collate relevant evidence and produce detailed, accurate reports in a timely manner.
* Maintain effective communication with the investigations support team and other relevant parties.
* Prepare and draft factual reports.
Qualifications
* Hold a Certificate III in Investigations.
* Have a current and valid Investigators Licence.
* Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle.
* Experience conducting Workers Compensation, General Insurance and CTP investigations is highly desirable.
* Experience working with the Insurance Commission of Western Australia.
* Have excellent written and verbal skills.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.
