o Provision of organisational information to inform due diligence enquiries from third party vendors.

o Development and maintenance of clear, consistent and transparent processes for all areas of responsibility, to ensure clear customer expectations.

o Identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities across areas of responsibility.

o Identification of governance-related risks, and working proactively to mitigate potential issues.

o Development of training and guidance materials to improve staff capability in response to right to information and information access applications, reporting and presentation to Boards and Committees.
