We're currently seeking compassionate and experienced Personal Care Workers (PCWs) to join our casual pool across the Murray River region.

About the Role
As a Personal Care Worker with E4 Healthcare, you’ll support residents with their everyday needs, promote independence, and deliver person-centred care in residential aged care settings.
You’ll have the opportunity to work in a range of facilities, giving you variety and flexibility.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering hands-on personal care including showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Supporting residents with mobility and daily routines
- Reporting health or wellbeing concerns to clinical staff
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Maintaining accurate care documentation and records
- Working as part of a supportive team of nurses and care staff
What We’re Looking For
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months experience in aged care (facility or community setting)
- Empathetic, reliable, and professional attitude
- Adaptability to different care environments and team cultures
- Current Police Check (within 12 months)
- COVID-19 and flu vaccinations
