The Role Manage and lead all aspects of site operations across multiple locations Manage budgets, food costing, waste reduction and financial reporting Oversee food service and facilities management, ensuring high standards in safety, quality and compliance. Ensure adherence to company health, safety, and security procedures always Inspire and support a large team of chefs and facilities to deliver a premium experience Build strong relationships with clients and residents, managing expectations with professionalism and care Drive continuous improvement across hard and soft FM services, including cleaning, maintenance and asset management.
