* They will also possess strong knowledge of HACCP principles and continuous improvement methods.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct test sampling and handle laboratory submissions.
2. Assist production staff with quality-related queries.
3. Monitor and ensure daily Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
4. Perform monthly GMP audits and update non-conformance registers.
5. Investigate customer complaints and compile technical responses.
6. Maintain document control and ensure availability of production forms.
7. Monitor verification records and perform daily internal calibrations.
8. Update and manage training records; conduct staff training and inductions.
9. Perform quality checks on production lines and conduct monthly audits.
10. Assist with site audits and follow up on non-conformances.
11. Stop production if product safety or quality is at risk.
12. Promote continuous improvement in quality assurance processes.
