**How will I Help?**
As a Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be supporting the implementation of the Westpac Scholars Trust and Westpac Foundation marketing and communications strategies, and to develop and deliver operational communications to successfully execute the Foundations' programs.
**Key accountabilities**
- Support the execution of the social media strategy and content plan, including coordinating and drafting content, managing the content calendar and publishing posts
- Manage and maintain key communications and marketing channels such as internal and external websites and Marketo to ensure content is timely, relevant and engaging
- Develop and manage content and collateral for marketing and communications campaigns, including liaising with agencies and third-party suppliers to coordinate photography, video and design
- Copywriting and editing for various audiences and stakeholders, including website stories, scholar blogs, internal campaigns, social media and reporting
- Work with W100 alumni manager to develop communications and campaigns to engage and mobilise the scholar network
- Assist team to deliver scholar events and enhance the brand of Westpac Scholars and Westpac
- Support the Changemakers team to deliver employee engagement programs (such as the Community Ambassador program, National Volunteer Week campaign)
- Measure and evaluate performance of communication channels, campaigns, and events
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders across Corporate Affairs, Marketing, W100, Pro Bono EAG, university and social enterprise partners
- Provide general support to the Senior Managers as required
- Track marketing expenses and budget

**What do I need?**
**Key Capabilities**
- Tertiary qualifications in a marketing, communication or public relations related discipline
- 4+ years commercial experience
- Experience with social media platforms and keen interest in social media trends
- Excellent attention to detail and strong writing skills
- Excellent command of written English with copy accuracy
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Experience with CRM systems and automated marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo etc
- Intellectually curious and able to learn quickly
- Proactive mindset and approach: able to think several steps ahead in a project plan, anticipate teammates' needs, and suggest improvements to existing processes
- Enjoy multi-tasking and can prioritise work streams effectively under deadline, with timely execution and resolution of action items
- Motivated by teamwork; enjoy working in highly collaborative environments; gracious and supportive; concerned with the interests of others
