Key Responsibilities
As a Disability Support Worker, you will work with a team on and off-site to create positive outcomes for our clients.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
* Casual roles located in Hamilton.
* Ability to build relationships with people with diverse needs.
* Commitment to person-centred approaches and supporting inclusion and participation.
* Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
* Availability to work across multiple sites and varying shift types.
* Experience working with clients who require support with challenging behaviours.
* A driver's licence is required for this role.
To Be Successful In This Role
You must have or be willing to obtain:
* Qualification requirement.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee).
* Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate.
* Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas.
