With over 20 years in market, a loyal customer base and major enterprise clients (including Qantas), they've built a strong reputation for delivering flexible, scalable payment solutions while continuing to invest heavily in their growing B2C platform and upcoming product innovation.
This is a hands-on Marketing Manager role (initial 12-month contract with strong likelihood of permanency) where you'll take ownership of a $1M+ annual budget across a 70% digital / 30% offline mix. You'll lead campaigns across paid social, PPC and SEO, while also managing high-performing offline channels including tradeshows and direct mail. A major product launch is planned for 2026, making this a pivotal time to join and shape go-to-market strategy and execution.
You'll sit at the centre of the marketing function, managing a designer alongside a B2C and a B2B Marketers, while also owning key agency relationships. This role is ideal for someone stepping up from a Marketing Executive level or looking for more autonomy and who is a true all-rounder, equally comfortable driving strategy, writing high-quality content and rolling up their sleeves to execute. Strong copywriting, content creation and campaign ownership are essential, along with the ability to bring creative ideas to life in a small, agile team.
