They are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their close-knit finance team immediately.

Position Description: Reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Team Leader, the role will include but not be limited to:
• High-volume processing of invoices daily via SAP (essential)
• Ensuring timely payment of supplier invoices through payment runs
• Resolving invoice discrepancies and handling queries
• Supplier account reconciliations and monthly reporting
• Investigating and allocating unallocated transactions in the General Ledger and bank accounts
• Setting up new vendors and suppliers
• Assisting with relevant reporting duties
• Ad hoc tasks to assist the broader finance team as required Ideal Candidate: The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Payable role, along with the following attributes:
• 5+ years' experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable function
• SAP experience (essential); Concur experience highly regarded
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to hit the ground running
• Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders Additional Benefits:
