Fleur showcases local produce through a European lens, served alongside a carefully curated wine list and exceptional high-end service staff. Experience in a high-end fine dining establishment will be highly regarded.
We are looking to fill a Casual role for an experienced Pastry Chef with lots of hours available (30+ hours per week). Potential for a full-time role in the future.
What you bring
 * Sound knowledge of food, produce and suppliers
 * Good communication and organisational skills, attention to detail and well presented
 * Understanding of current food and beverage trends
 * Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery
What we are looking for
 * 2+ years experience in Pastry Chef role at a comparable venue;
 * A passion for incredible food, presentation, customer experience and team collaboration;
 * Exceptional attention to detail, taking pride in perfecting every dish before delivery
 * Have full Australian working rights, availability to work nights and weekends
