Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical Trade Cert 3 and previous experience in fault finding, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment. You should also possess confined space and working at heights permits, as well as a forklift license. Previous exposure to SAP and a current NCCHC (Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check) are also highly desirable. Responsibilities Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, and carry out repairs as required Operate within a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all relevant safety procedures and regulations Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work Qualifications Mechanical Trade Cert 3 Proven experience in fault finding Previous experience in an FMCG environment is advantageous Confined space and working at heights permits Forklift license is an advantage Previous exposure to SAP is desirable Current NCCHC certification (inside 3 months) or ability to obtain We are offering a variety of employment options including labour hire, fixed term contract or perm-on-hire.
