This is a casual role, working up to 38 hours per week Monday to Friday between 6:00 am and 4:00 pm at our Hallam location.
This role oversees the end‐to‐end operation of the food processing and packing line to meet production targets. We're seeking a proactive, adaptable individual who thrives in a fast‐paced environment, supports a collaborative culture, and embodies our TRICE values: Teamwork, Respect, Integrity, Commitment, and Excellence.

What You'll Do
* Perform pre‐operative checks, set up equipment, and ensure production runs to schedule.
* Operate and troubleshoot machines across High Care, Low Care, and Boxing Room areas.
* Follow work instructions, food safety regulations, and SOPs while completing online quality checks.
* Carry out cleaning and basic maintenance of machines and equipment.
* Assist in other factory areas as required to support production needs.
What You'll Bring
* Previous experience in food processing or FMCG (HACCP and GMP knowledge desirable).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with a solid work ethic.
* Ability to work effectively within a team and follow safe work practices aligned with company policies.
* Certificate III in Food Processing (desirable).
* Demonstrates alignment with our TRICE values: Teamwork, Respect, Integrity, Commitment, and Excellence.
