About the Role
We are looking for an engaging and safety focused Laboratory Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of Laboratory Operators. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to draw on your people leadership skills, harnessed with your technical knowledge to positively develop and support your team, whilst fostering an inclusive and positive team culture.
* Oversee the shipping sampling and analysis team and process.
* Be an inspiring role model and coach for positive behaviours, practices, and processes, while providing leadership.
* Oversee the reporting of accurate analysis results.
* Demonstrate a high‐level knowledge and understanding of sampling and quality measurement processes.
* Perform field verifications and interactions, displaying safety leadership.
* Demonstrate an understanding of and comply with health, safety and environment policies, procedures, and initiatives (e.g., Leadership in the Field, LSC and CRM).
* Conduct team performance reviews.
* Identify, implement and sustain improvements to laboratory practices, ensuring consistency across all teams in the lab.
* Monitor compliance to quality standards and manage the execution of routine quality checks.

Work Schedule
This role follows a roster comprising 42 hours per week, with a pattern of 3 days on, 2 nights on, 5 off, 2 days on, 2 nights on, 5 off, 2 days on, 3 nights on, 4 off.
