About You:
* You are a technology-savvy professional with strong productivity software skills, using digital tools to optimise maintenance operations and create data-driven schedules across an extensive property portfolio of independent living unit villages and corporate sites.
* Your experience in developing, planning, and managing minor projects enables you to balance operational efficiency with regulatory compliance requirements.
* As a proven team leader, you motivate and guide maintenance staff while fostering a culture of safety and operational excellence.
* Your exceptional communication skills facilitate effective collaboration with maintenance teams, contractors, regulatory authorities, and senior management to ensure seamless property operations.
* You hold technical or vocational training, or substantial experience, in a trade, maintenance, facilities management, or construction.
