Responsibilities
* Creating a learner-centred, supportive, and cooperative learning environment aligned with curriculum policies.
* Developing and implementing quality curriculum programs using effective teaching methods; assess and report student progress.
* Using inclusive teaching strategies and adapt practices for equitable education.
* Analysing student assessment data to identify learning barriers and encourage improvement.
* Engaging in ongoing professional development to enhance student outcomes.
* Collaborating with school leadership, staff, and contribute to school life.
* Providing student supervision and assist in organising extracurricular activities.
About You
* Hold relevant tertiary qualifications and accreditation to teach in NSW.
* Has the desire to engage with and contribute to a Catholic learning organisation.
* Experience and proven record in effective classroom learning and teaching.
* Advanced understanding of contemporary teaching and learning practices.
* Proven ability to differentiate the learning to meet the needs of all students.
* A proven capacity to facilitate the integration of ICT in contemporary learning practices.
* Capacity to work collegially and collaborate within a diverse team.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, punctuality and adaptability.
* The ability to develop positive relationships in the classroom based on mutual respect, patience and understanding.
