We are a well-established café and event venue located within the scenic Olive Pink Botanic Garden, a historical site surrounded by native wildlife and desert plants in Alice Springs. Our goal is to deliver high-quality food, coffee, and service in a relaxed, nature-filled setting.
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences with professionalism and warmth.
* Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages effectively.
* Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, including specialty beverages.
* Operate the POS system, handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
* Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining and service areas.
* Assist with stock control, restocking, and inventory checks.
* Communicate effectively with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Assist in creating and managing staff schedules in coordination with management.
* Support event setup, catering services, and pack-down when required.
* Follow workplace health, safety, and food handling standards.
* Work flexible shifts, including some weekdays, weekends, and evenings as needed.
* Train new team members when necessary.
