Install, troubleshoot and repair computer hardware problems, as well as desktop applications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform smart hand activities under instruction-based activities at sites and from Remote Team.
">
* Lift/move computer equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
">
* Provide desk-side support and PC break/fix, including basic administration of Windows OS and Mac OS.
">
* Troubleshoot system and network issues using deductive reasoning and resolve issues related to end-user network cabling.
">
* Support peripheral and networking hardware, including monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, fax machines, scanners, routers, wireless routers, switches, firewalls, racks, cabinets, and multi-port data termination panels.

Requirements
">
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
">
">
* Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, chipsets, memory modules, and peripherals.
">
* Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems: MS Windows, MS Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, DHCP, VPN, and others.
">
* Excellent written and oral communication skills with clients and management, along with good people skills.
">
* Ability to work with deadlines, complete tasks on time, and work proactively with a sense of urgency.
">
* Bilingual (English & Local B2).
">
* Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow / Remedy, etc.) is an additional advantage.
">
