Technical Support Specialist for Mineral Processing
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide expert guidance and support to customers in the APAC region, focusing on HPGR and Comminution equipment.
The successful candidate will troubleshoot issues, analyze production processes, handle customer non-conformities, and build relationships with key customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot Equipment Issues: Provide technical support to customers worldwide to resolve complaints and improve satisfaction.
* Analyze Production Processes: Troubleshoot issues, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), coordinate field testing, and propose technical solutions.
* Maintain Customer Relationships: Handle Customer Non-Conformities (NCs) from machine handover to resolution.
* Support Sales Teams: Coordinate and analyze technical customer queries to provide solutions.
* Monitor Competitor Activities: Monitor equipment performance through site visits and end-user engagement.
Requirements:
* Engineering Degree: Engineering Degree – mechanical or electrical.
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience with minerals processing equipment or equivalent.
* Communication Skills: Ability to interpret scientific journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
* Office Environment: Ability to work in an office environment with regular site travel.
