About the Role
We are looking for a Client Services Officer to join our Event Health Services department on a part-time basis (30 hours per week - days and hours can be flexible). This is an office-based role. Responsible for managing client relationships and aspects of customer service to achieve sustained growth in the event health market and to enhance the reputation of St John Ambulance as a premier pre-hospital health and event management service provider.
What You'll Do
* Provide friendly and professional customer service via phone and email
* Respond to client enquiries accurately and in a timely manner
* Coordinate and issue client correspondence in accordance with organisational standards
* Maintain accurate client records and update databases
* Provide information and support to volunteers as required
* Assist with general administrative and finance tasks
What You'll Need
* Experience managing client requests and customer service
* Experience dealing with a multitude of clients and stakeholders
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Good problem solving and high attention to detail
* Demonstrated ability to prioritise workloads to ensure customer expectations
* Demonstrated computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and database systems
* Follow policies and procedures to ensure service standards are met.
