As part of our dynamic Merchandise Team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our stores are stocked with the right products at the right time, enhancing the customer experience and driving sales performance.The Allocations and Replenishment Analyst is responsible for managing the flow of inventory to our retail stores, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demand. This role involves close collaboration with Buying, Planning, and Store Operations teams to execute effective allocation strategies and maintain in-stock positions.Your key responsibilities will include:Inventory Management:Monitor and manage inventory levels across all stores to ensure optimal stock availability.Analyze sales data to forecast demand and adjust stock allocations accordingly.Execute weekly replenishment orders from DC to stores, ensuring timely delivery and stock rotation.Data Analysis & Reporting:Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze sales trends, inventory turnover, and stock discrepancies.Prepare and present regular reports on stock levels, sales performance, and inventory forecasts to merchandise team.Work closely with the Buying and Planning teams to align inventory strategies with sales targets and promotional activities.Coordinate with Store Operations to address stock issues and ensure smooth store operations.Liaise with brand partners to manage the flow on inventory into stores.System Management:Maintain and update inventory management systems to reflect accurate stock levels and product information.Implement system-generated replenishment orders and adjust parameters as needed to optimize stock distribution.To succeed in this role, you will need to have the following:Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is advantageousMinimum of 1 years' experience in retail allocation, replenishment, or inventory management, or retail store experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Proactive and results-oriented mindset.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced retail environment.At Accent Group Limited we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity and inclusion.
