**Job Description**:
- The role of the HCM Functional specialist is to provide expert level advice, guidance and consulting services to ACS's Australia and New Zealand SaaS customer base. You will serve as a product specialist and adviser on HCM and collaborate with other teams as needed to deliver the desired outcome for our customers.
- You will troubleshoot and resolve highly complex techno-functional HCM problems.
- Provide onshore value-add, strategic advice to our SaaS HCM client base. This advice will include product roadmap discussions on future functionality.
- Collaborate with offshore and onsite teams to ensure the customer is experiencing the highest levels of service.
- Generate & manage service delivery plans, key deliverables, and marshal resources as required
- Conduct workshops and discovery exercises
- Help clients realise the maximum benefits of their HCM Cloud investment by increasing user satisfaction, adoption and overall satisfaction of the product.
- Help our clients realise the 'living system' approach to their cloud investment via positive disruption of constant change and adoption via the quarterly update process.
- Deliver targeted HCM training to customers across the region when required
- Present the analysis of impactful and complex issues, and provide workarounds to the customer
- Represent as a single point of contact between the customer & Oracle.
- Deliver regular business and operational reviews to key business stakeholders.
- Work with Business to support any configuration change, continuous improvement and optimization of existing systems and processes.
- Hold Australian citizenship with security clearance highly desirable
Oracle HCM Cloud Technical skills
- BI & OTBI Report development
- Workflow configuration within HCM
- Framework Personalisations
- Data loading/migration (HDL, Payroll Batch Loader, extracts, web services, spreadsheet loaders)
- HCM Security
Oracle HCM Cloud Functional skills
- Oracle Fusion HCM implementation or Support exposure with hands on experience with Core HCM and any other 2 HCM Fusion modules.
- Strong functional troubleshooting skills in Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
- Experience in multiple end-to-end Oracle fusion HCM implementation project rollouts
- Managed and supported Oracle HCM System configurations and architectures
- Excellent knowledge of Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM Modules such as Core HR, Recruitment, Workforce & Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management
- Experience with identifying areas of improvement and development of solutions and changes to enable the improvements
- Demonstrate a good understanding of the Fusion quarterly update process and best practices according to new feature adoption, testing and change management.
- Excellent functional knowledge in setting up the lookups, values sets, work structures, Area of Responsibility, Configuration of HCM Process
- Strong knowledge in roles and security
