**The Role**
We have a new opportunity for an experienced
**Distribution Centre Manager** to join our growing facility in
**Redbank**.
Reporting to the Director of Contract Logistics, you'll be responsible for leading and overseeing the 3PL warehouse facility and staff. This will involve ensuring the effective running of day-to-day operations and meeting logistics and transport customer SLA's.

**Key Accountabilities**:
- Manage day-to-day operational activities for a busy logistics facility, incorporating warehouse and transportation management
- Lead, manage and develop a team, enabling the effective provision of logistics and transport services to customers
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers
- Implement and monitor KPI's for the facility
- Ensure compliance with all relevant rules, regulations, and acts
- Interact with the transport team to ensure completion of all available airfreight deliveries are completed in agreed timeframes
- Promote a safe working environment through the company's WH&S policies and procedures
- Financial performance - preparing budgets and forecasts, and monitoring profit & loss for site and customers
**About You**:
- Previous experience in 3PL, distribution and road transportation
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Customer focused with the ability to build and develop genuine relationships
- Well-developed conflict resolution, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Advanced understanding of complex warehouse systems
- Strong analytical ability to identify root cause analysis and develop continually sustainable solutions
- Ability to lead, manage and develop team members and develop shared solutions
- Staff, union and contractor management experience
