This involves strengthening Board oversight of clinical risk, safety, and quality outcomes as well as offering forward-thinking guidance on care model redesign, integrated care pathways, and workforce capability.
As a seasoned clinical leader with substantial experience in senior executive and governance roles across Aboriginal/community health services
* Registered Health Practitioner with current AHPRA registration
* Postgraduate qualification in Health Management or Public Health
* Completion of AICD Company Directors Course or similar
The key focus areas include Demonstrated ability to influence complex organisations and high-stakes decision-making ,Experience designing or embedding enterprise-wide clinical governance systems ,andInvolvement in sector-wide reform initiatives.
