Pro AV Solutions is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our high-performing team in South Australia. As the ideal candidate, you will have a passion for being the driving force behind the seamless delivery of AV services to our valued clients. You'll lead a skilled team of technicians and engineers, manage service contracts, and ensure every client interaction reflects our commitment to innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for service delivery across key client accounts.
* Oversee AV service operations including installations, maintenance, and support.
* Lead and mentor a team of service professionals to deliver outstanding results.
* Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth transitions from delivery to support.
What You'll Bring:
* Proven experience in service delivery or operations management (AV or IT industry preferred).
* Strong understanding of AV technologies (e.g., video conferencing, digital signage, control systems).
* Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* ITIL certification and AV industry certifications (CTS, Crestron, Extron) are highly regarded.
