Our client is a company with a long history in providing quality Technical Solutions to the Aged and Health Care Market in Adelaide and SA/NT generally. The focus of operations includes Customisation, Supply, Installation and Ongoing Support of Critical Systems for Aged and Health Care Sectors primarily Nurse and Resident Call Systems, CCTV Systems, Access Control Systems, IP Telephony Systems, and Wireless Networks.

**About the Role**:
Our client is looking for a Sales & Administration support officer to join their team in order to assist with the following duties as required:

- Provide general support to the Office Manager
- MYOB - enter supplier invoices, create customer invoices and job numbers
- Assist with stocktakes as required
- Processing and managing warranty claims with suppliers
- Ensuring After Hours service number is updated, and phone system is in night mode
- Raise Service Cases through CRM when a customer has called with a request for Service or an Order
- Scanning, binding, laminating, and collation of documents as requested

**What you’ll need to succeed**
To be considered for this opportunity you will have
- Previous administration experience
- Strong computer literacy skills (MYOB, Microsoft Office Apps)
- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Excellent oral and written communication, numeracy, and presentation skills
- Good time management
- Enthusiastic, innovative, and flexible approach
