Their work spans aboriginal engagement, strategic planning, project delivery, and capacity building for clients across government, corporate, and community sectors.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Research & Tender Writer to join their team on a casual basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, writing, and supporting projects that make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Research Opportunities: Identify and source relevant tenders, grants, and funding opportunities aligned with our services.
* Tender & Proposal Writing: Draft compelling tenders and client proposals that reflect our values and expertise.
* Project Planning: Develop timelines, milestones, and estimated hours for each stage of the project.
* Handover: Prepare clear documentation and handover packages for consultants to deliver projects seamlessly.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong research and writing skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to interpret tender requirements and craft tailored responses.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Familiarity with Aboriginal cultural contexts and a commitment to respectful engagement.
* Previous experience in tender writing or grant applications is highly desirable.
* A minimum of 1-2 years of tender writing or grant application experience is required.
