Becoming a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on the frontline in Broken Hill providing high-quality care to patients who have experienced violence, abuse and neglect.
About The Role
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering child-focused, patient-centered, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed care. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team meeting medical, forensic, and psychosocial needs of patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality patient care, prioritizing the needs of vulnerable populations
* Develop and implement effective care plans, taking into account individual patient needs and circumstances
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of policies and procedures related to patient care
