About the role
As a Support Worker, you'll provide tailored assistance to clients in their homes and communities. Duties may include:
* Personal care
* Domestic assistance
* Transport and shopping
* Meal preparation
* Social support and companionship

About you
We welcome both entry-level and experienced applicants. Ideal candidates will have:
* A caring, empathetic nature
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (desirable but not essential)
* First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* COVID vaccination (minimum 2 doses)
* Police check
* NSW driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
* Second language skills (highly regarded).
