We focus on speed, presentation, and consistency — every product needs to go out right, every time.
The Role
We're looking for a barista who can handle pace.
This isn't a slow café environment. You'll be working across coffee, matcha, and assisting with drinks during busy periods. You need to stay composed under pressure and move efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing
* Dialling in and producing consistent, high-quality coffee
* Working in a fast-paced service environment
* Maintaining clean and organised workstations
* Supporting the team during peak periods
* Delivering strong customer service while keeping speed high
What We're Looking For
* Barista experience (essential)
* Ability to work fast without losing quality
* Strong work ethic and good attitude
* Reliable and shows up ready to work
* Comfortable under pressure during busy periods
* Team player
Bonus (not essential)
* Experience with matcha or specialty drinks
* Experience in high-volume cafés
