Job Title: Customer Experience Associate
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate.
This role involves working closely with our Sales and Operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing customer inquiries via phone and email
* Processing quotes and orders for account customers
* Preparing reports and reviewing KPIs
* Maximising sales opportunities and collaborating with account managers
* Performing general administration duties
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in customer service and/or sales administration
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport
* Microsoft Office and SAP system experience highly regarded
