Gone Golfing Tours is a fast-growing Australian golf travel company that designs premium golf itineraries for clients across Australia and New Zealand. We are now looking for a dedicated Admin Assistant to join our team and support our operations by building detailed itineraries and providing general administrative support.
This 20-25 hours per week role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, organisation, and creating polished client‑facing documents. A large part of your role will be building complete day‑by‑day itineraries for golf tours. You will also assist with booking confirmations, client communication, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Build detailed and accurate golf tour itineraries for clients
* Book accommodation, flights, tee times, and transport arrangements
* Prepare client documentation, including final travel packs
* Maintain well‑organised records of bookings and client information
* Provide administrative support to management and the operations team
* Assist with email correspondence and follow‑ups
* Liaise with suppliers and service providers as required
What We Are Looking For
* Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication
* Confident using Microsoft Office and basic software tools
* Ability to follow processes accurately and consistently
* Organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
* Friendly, professional, and reliable
* Prior golf knowledge is preferred, and an interest in travel is beneficial
* Must be available to work 25-30 hours per week
