JOB SUMMARY
The Change Manager is responsible for overseeing, assessing and implementing changes to systems, technologies and processes by working closely with stakeholders and internal technical parties. Developing strategies and implementing processes to facilitate these changes while maximising communication and efficiency and minimising operational downtime. The change manager is vital in maintaining confidence, trust and upholding the business's reputation for external stakeholders and customers, by managing change effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Change Planning and Implementation: Develop and execute strategies for implementing change, ensuring mínimal disruption to operations and aligning with business goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear communication and addressing concerns to maintain trust and collaboration.
- Risk and Impact Management: Assess potential risks, manage impacts on systems and processes, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
- Training and Support: Ensure employees are trained and equipped to handle changes through effective communication, training materials, and ongoing support.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Track the progress of change initiatives, assess effectiveness, and report on outcomes while identifying areas for improvement.

- Project Management: Ability to oversee multiple projects, manage resources, and stay on schedule.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong relationship-building skills to ensure clear communication and trust.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related fields.
- 3 years of experience in change management or related areas, with a proven track record.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) and/or project management certification (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
- Familiarity with change management and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
- Understanding of business processes, technology, and risk management principles.
