Thinkerbell is looking for an amazing Traffic COP (Creative Services Manager/Resource Manager) to join our COP Shop in Melbourne on a Max Term Contract.
HOW YOU'LL CREATE MEASURED MAGIC

THE TASK AT HAND
As the Traffic COP, you'll be responsible for planning and managing workflow across the agency via our Measured Mapping process and workflow tools. You'll work closely with The Gatekeeper, our Chief Tinkers and Office Leads to ensure that workflow is effective and efficient. You'll champion our Thinker/ Tinker model for the betterment of the creative output, and constantly look for ways to make our workflow more progressive, ensuring we are one step ahead of the industry. You're solutions focused and not afraid to have an opinion.
You'll have three big things to do:
1.PLANNING AND MANAGING WORKFLOW ACROSS THE AGENCY
You understand that everything communicates and how we show up with enthusiasm and energy for our team, clients and ourselves, is key to what makes Thinkerbell awesome - You are a strategic thinker that keeps the work flowing efficiently from the the very beginning of a project initiation, all the through to completion.
2.DRIVING EFFICIENCY
You are the ultimate proactive problem solver who can think outside the box and anticipate issues before they happen. You're able to use your incredible initiate and talents to juggle multiple requests and tasks at once, all whilst keeping your cool and showing up in a positive and energetic manner.
3. UPHOLD AND MAINTAIN THE BALANCE
You know Thinkerbell and the people inside it and you understand the challenges our Thinkers and Tinkers manage on a daily basis. You proactively work in collaboration with our Thinkers and Tinkers to uphold and maintain the balance of Thinkerbell, which means you make sure good communication is front and centre and you are consistently finding innovative ways to support the agency to ensure Thinkers and Tinkers can deliver their best work.
