About the role
We are now seeking an Acoustic Strategy & Standards Manager to join our Himmel, Martini, Cemintel and Woven Image portfolio. This role will specifically support the ceilings segment, driving innovation, advocacy and education to strengthen our product offering across commercial interiors, education, healthcare and workplace environments.

You will be the thought leader for acoustics across the ANZ market. You'll build awareness of acoustic performance and sustainability, shape national standards, and partner with government, industry bodies and universities to influence policy and practice.
Your impact will be felt through:
* Leading advocacy to improve regulations and guidelines for acoustic environments in ANZ.
* Delivering whitepapers, research collaborations and keynote presentations to position CSR as a leader in acoustic design.
* Partnering with architects, designers and academic institutions to drive awareness and adoption of best practice acoustics.
* Benchmarking Australian standards against international frameworks (ISO, BB93, NZ Education) to inform product development and advocacy.
* Providing expert insights to guide marketing, sales, and product development teams across the Martini, Cemintel and Woven Image ceiling systems portfolio.
About You
We're looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical expertise, advocacy, and market influence. Ideally you will bring:
* Tertiary qualifications in Acoustics Engineering (essential).
* A proven track record engaging with governmental bodies and technical committees to shape acoustic regulations.
* Experience with international standards development (ISO, BB93, EU frameworks).
* Previous experience in sales, marketing, or product management in building products, interiors, or construction.
* Strong communication skills - able to translate complex acoustics into practical solutions for architects, designers, and clients.
* Thought leadership - someone who is a go-to expert, equally comfortable writing technical papers or presenting on stage.
