They are seeking a compassionate Nurse to join their team at Clarence Estate for both Residential and Home Care programs on a part-time basis.
About the role
The Nurse will be responsible for delivering relationship-centred care that ensures the dignity and respect of all residents, providing clinical supervision of Enrolled Nurses and Carers.
Key skills include highly developed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in an inter-disciplinary team and make meaningful connections with residents and their families.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Nursing (or similar) and AHPRA registration
* Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse (in aged care sector)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Full working rights in Australia
