Whether you're currently inyouth work, community services, support work or case management, OSHC offers arewarding and flexible career pathwaywhere you can keep making a difference every day.

We have leadership through to Coordinator and Educator roles available all across Melbourne. Part-time anywhere from 10-35 hours per week, or regular Casual shifts available. Apply to express interest!

This Could Be For You If You

* Work in or have experience with:Youth work,community development,disability support, orcase management

Love engaging with children aged 5–12 through play, creativity, and conversation

Want morestability,predictability, andongoing relationshipsin your work

Have (or are working towards) a relevant qualification (Diploma in Community Services, Youth Work, Education Support, Community Welfare, etc.)

Creating a safe, inclusive space where kids can be themselves

Leading games, creative activities, cooking, and sports

Supporting children's emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour

Working collaboratively with a team to deliver engaging programs

Building trusted relationships with kids, parents, and schools

Qualifications
* Diploma Community Services
* Diploma of Community Welfare Work
