About the Role
As a Dental Assistant/Receptionist, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the practice. You will support the dental team chairside while also assisting in front-desk responsibilities to ensure a smooth and positive experience for every patient.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures
* Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment
* Maintain infection control standards and sterilisation procedures
* Support smooth clinical workflows and patient comfort
* Greet patients and assist in managing appointments
* Maintain accurate patient records and process payments
* Provide excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming reception area
* Assist with general administrative tasks as required
* Work closely with the dental team to ensure efficient daily operations
About You
Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in a dental or medical environment (desirable)
* Sound computer skills and comfortable using softwares
* Customer service and strong communication skills
* Positive, professional, and patient-focused approach
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
