About the Role
* Permanent part-time position
* 3 days per week (some flexibility with days)
* Based at our modern facilities in Canning Vale
Reporting into the Manager - Volunteer Services, the Volunteer Recruitment and Engagement Officer will play a vital role in ensuring our retail shops have the volunteer support they need to operate effectively. Working closely with internal teams, you'll plan and deliver recruitment campaigns, track engagement, and support onboarding processes to strengthen volunteer participation and shop performance. Furthermore, you will:
* Develop and deliver quarterly volunteer recruitment plans and campaigns.
* Collaborate with Volunteer Services, Retail Operations, and Marketing teams to create engaging recruitment strategies.
* Coordinate marketing materials and messaging to attract volunteers.
* Monitor recruitment pipelines and provide data-driven insights to improve conversion rates.
* Review processes and suggest improvements to enhance volunteer engagement.
To thrive in this role, you'll ensure our retail shops have the volunteer support they need by delivering impactful recruitment campaigns, streamlining onboarding processes, and achieving placement targets through data-driven strategies.
About You

* Experience in volunteer recruitment and/or confidence and passion to deliver results.
* Background in marketing, promotion, or media.
* Strong stakeholder relationship-building skills.
* Excellent communication, planning, and time management abilities.
* Highly organised with strong administrative skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously in a dynamic environment.
* Innovative mindset with problem-solving skills.
* Experience developing and implementing recruitment strategies and campaigns is desirable.
