About The role
The Learning & Development Specialist plays a key role in designing, delivering, and embedding learning programmes that support the Grow with emagine framework.
This position is the subject matter expert (SME) for one of emagine's core learning areas, either Commercial Consultative Sales Development or Personal Effectiveness, owning the design, delivery, and ongoing improvement of related learning initiatives.
The role focuses on building capability, confidence, and performance across the business, with particular emphasis on developing consultative selling, account management, and professional skills.
Working closely with the Leadership Development Specialist and the wider HR team, this role ensures that capability, personal effectiveness, and leadership programmes are connected, complementary, and aligned to emagine's broader people strategy.

Your Responsibilities
Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a defined Grow with emagine learning area — e.g., Commercial Sales Development or Personal Effectiveness.
Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of this programme area, ensuring it meets both business and learner needs.
Curate content, tools, and digital resources that build consistent knowledge, skills, and behaviours across markets.
Coach and support local facilitators, managers, and champions to deliver a consistent learning experience across regions.
Track and evaluate programme outcomes, ensuring measurable impact and continuous improvement.
Commercial Sales Capability Development
Design, deliver, and facilitate sales and account management training for new and experienced sales professionals.
Lead the rollout of Consultative Selling Essentials and Strategic Account Management modules.
Partner with commercial leaders to identify learning needs and align programmes to business priorities.
Deliver coaching and reinforcement sessions to embed learning in day-to-day operations.
Collaborate with the Leadership Development Specialist to ensure sales capability and leadership programmes are aligned in philosophy and approach.
Onboarding & Early Careers Development
Contribute to the Start with emagine onboarding journey, ensuring onboarding content supports commercial and professional capability.
Deliver onboarding and induction sessions for sales, consulting, and operations roles.
Work with the Leadership Development Specialist to ensure managers are prepared to onboard and coach effectively.
Evaluate onboarding effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and data.
Personal Effectiveness & Career Development
Design and deliver modules from the Personal Effectiveness Series (e.g., Growth Mindset, Resilience, Influence, Productivity).
Promote self-leadership and career ownership among employees through structured development pathways.
Partner with the Leadership Development Specialist to ensure alignment between personal and leadership capability frameworks.
Support the communication and embedding of learning into everyday work practices.
Learning Design, Tools & Content Development
Develop blended learning experiences using workshops, microlearning, toolkits, and digital learning.
Ensure all content aligns to the Grow with emagine brand, values, and learning principles.
Collaborate with vendors, internal SMEs, and the Leadership Development Specialist on content design and delivery.
Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of learning platforms and tools in partnership with the People Development & Engagement Coordinator.
Measurement, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Evaluate learning programmes using qualitative and quantitative data.
Monitor engagement, completion rates, and behavioural impact.
Report learning insights to the People Development & Engagement Director and CPO.
Identify opportunities to enhance learning design, delivery, and learner experience.

Experience & Knowledge
Proven experience in Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, or Capability Development.
Expertise in one or more focus areas: Commercial Sales Development or Personal Effectiveness.
Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills across virtual and in-person settings.
Experience designing learning content that delivers measurable business impact.
Skilled in stakeholder engagement and partnership across functions and regions.
Proficiency with modern learning platforms and tools.
Fluent in English and German (additional European languages advantageous).
Experience in consulting, staffing, or professional services environments.
Certification in Learning & Development, Coaching, or Instructional Design.
Knowledge of learning evaluation frameworks (Kirkpatrick, ROI, etc.).
Familiarity with LMS/LXP systems and digital content creation tools.
