Join an entrepreneurial and fast-growing property development group specialising in large-scale Living sector projects, including Build-to-Sell (BTS), Build-to-Rent (BTR), co-living, and mixed-use developments. With a secured pipeline of major projects already on balance sheet and multiple developments progressing into construction, this is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role within an integrated platform.

This role will see you lead a substantial portfolio of projects from feasibility and planning through to construction and handover. You'll work closely with executive leadership, influence how projects are delivered across the broader pipeline, and help shape operating frameworks that balance agility with scale as the business continues to grow.

The Role

* Leading projects from feasibility, approvals, and design through to construction and completion
* Managing planning pathways and approvals, coordinating closely with consultants, authorities, and delivery partners
* Preparing and reviewing development feasibilities, financial models, budgets, and risk assessments
* Overseeing program, cost, and quality outcomes through delivery
* Providing clear reporting and strategic advice to senior leadership and directors
* Playing a key leadership role in mentoring project teams and refining development processes across the platform
* Working collaboratively across in-house construction, design, capital, marketing, and development teams

About You

* 7–10+ years' experience in residential development, ideally within Build-to-Rent, co-living, or owned-and-operated asset classes
* Strong apartment or Build-to-Sell experience considered, with demonstrated NSW planning exposure
* Proven experience delivering high-density, large-scale projects through planning and construction
* Strong commercial capability across feasibilities, budgeting, and risk management
* Confident leader with experience managing consultants, contractors, and internal teams
